PAYMENT
      Participants will receive notification of the payment due, according their Registration Forms, by April 30, 2001. The payment must be then received by June 10, 2001 (early birth fees). For the payments received after June 10, 2001 the late fees will be demanded.
      Payment is in U.S. dollars, other convertible currencies or Czech crowns in the official exchange rate at the date of payment. The accepted forms of payment are:
     
  • by international money transfer or bank transfer made directly to the bank in Praha (Prague) quoting the name of the participant:

    All payments (for the fee, accommodation and dinner) must be free of bank charges to the receiver, i.e., all bank charges for effecting the international money transfer must be met by the remitter, including those imposed by the beneficiary's agents (Bank Austria, Prague). This must be explicitly stated when authorising the international money transfer order.
         
  • by Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB. Please provide your credit card information in the appropriate place on the Accommodation and Payment Form which you will receive according your Registration Form before April 30, 2000 and send this information to ICARIS Conference Management not later than by June 10, 2000. We point out that an additional charge of 5% from the total sum will be required when the payment of the Congress fee, dinner and accommodation will be realised using a credit card.

         
  • by checks directed to ICARIS Ltd. Conference Management, and sent in a registered letter to ICARIS Conference Management (address see cover). This form of payment is characterised by smallest charges.

    CANCELLATIONS
          Notification of cancellations must be sent in writing to ICARIS Ltd., Conference Management (for address, phone, fax and e-mail connections see the cover).
    Congress fee: Non-participants whose cancellations were received till August 10, 2001 will be refunded the Congress fees, less an administration charge of USD 50. Those whose cancellations will come later than August 10, 2001 will not receive any refund, but all the Congress materials will be send to them.
          Accommodation: Cancellations of accommodation after August 10, 2001 up to 7 days before the Congress will receive full refunding except a one day deposit. Later cancellations (less than 7 days before the Congress) will forfeit the payment.
          It is possible to send/find a substitute instead of a cancellation.
